HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Eva Wambui offers a one-time price adjustment per order within 30 days of purchase. Final sale merchandise is typically not eligible for any price adjustment. For special circumstances a price adjustment can be offered firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order Number for reference.
Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed. All order statuses are delivered to your email for your reference. A tracking number will follow in order to track your parcel. Once your parcel has been accepted by the delivery service, you can follow your order status via the delivery service tracking link.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please reach out to email@example.com to process your cancel request. A sales representative will then reach back out to you in regards to your cancel request.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT?
If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on evawambui.com, you may exchange the merchandise for another stocked item available on the Eva Wambui website. The exchanged item must be returned, inspected, undamaged, and accepted by our team before an exchange can be processed. Please indicate your choice in the space provided on the packing slip enclosed with your merchandise and follow the accompanying return instructions. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as reference.
CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can check-out without creating an account, just click the Checkout as Guest button to continue as a guest. You can always set up an account once your order has been placed. We’ll save your contact information to make it easier to checkout for future purchases.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Yes, we accept orders by phone. Please email email@example.com with the phone number, time, and date you would like an order to be placed by phone. From then, a sales representative will reach out to you. Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Evawambui.com accepts American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. We also accept international credit cards with US shipping addresses. We do now also accept PAYPAL and KLARNA as alternative payment options.
WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM IF IT DELIVERS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Eva Wambui is happy to handle repairs or exchanges which result from a manufacturing defect. However, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear. All orders are inspected in regards to quality and tested for color bleeding before order processing. Thus, making it rare to receive damaged merchandise from our company.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey (accessories only), New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania (accessories only), Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.
Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

Yes, we accept valid third-party Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex gift cards.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER BAG?
The properties of leather material are not designed to be permanent and indestructible. Like human skin and other materials, leather scars, stretches, and can tare. Leather must be maintained by using leather cleaner only. All leather fades due to over exposure to direct sunlight and this is completely normal and gives the leather its special appeal.
Please be aware of the risk of color transfer from denim items onto our products. Leather is a natural material that needs to be handled with care. Different leathers will require care that is specifically tailored to their leather type. If not in use, please store leather items in a dust bag in a dry area. To avoid color fading, keep bags away from direct sunlight, artificial light sources, and high heat concentration. For proper leather care and maintenance, please visit our product care page.

Due to pre-orders being susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items.
