Handbags and Small Leather Goods

All Eva Wambui leather products are subject to applicable conditions and exclusions. Handbags, small leather goods and accessories are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the handbag, small leather good or jewelry accessory proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. The defective handbags, small leather goods or jewelry will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective and/or damaged product(s) to us for repair or replacement.

Please note: Genuine natural leather does darken over time due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Please refer to Guardsman Leather Care Guidelines for further information on proper care of leather.

To determine if you have a valid Eva Wambui warranty claim, please note that your original payment date must be one year prior from the date of the requested warranty claim.

Conditions & Exclusions

The warranties offered herein by Eva Wambui are nontransferable and non-exempt for damages caused from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Eva Wambui and its partners.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights.

Counterfeit Warning

Eva Wambui partner with customs authorities, law enforcement and legal authorities globally in an effort to prevent the sale or resale of counterfeit Eva Wambui merchandise, both online and offline.
