Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Eva Wambui purchase. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and include all tags, parts and accessories.). Items that have been personalized or altered in any way are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returning by mail

  • You can return your new and unused item(s) by mail using a pre-paid shipping label or by shipping via insured, traceable means (such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to the following address.

  • When using our pre-paid label, $8.50 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is received, it could take up to 8-10 days for it to be processed.

  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment only.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All items are eligible for exchange at one of our retail locations with the consent of the manager and with respect to the store policy.

 
Note

All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Original items must be unworn, unused, not damaged, and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend shipping your items securely in the dust bag and bubble wrap. Initial shipping charges are not refundable and are applicable for pre-paid shipping label. All customized orders and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
